Job Title: Senior Reserve Specialist
Summary:
The Senior Reserve Specialist is responsible for developing and managing the reserve fund for a community association or other organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reserve planning principles and practices, as well as experience in preparing reserve studies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the reserve fund for the organization
Prepare reserve studies
Conduct research on reserve planning best practices
Stay up-to-date on the latest reserve planning regulations and standards
Interact with board members, property managers, and other stakeholders
Provide financial advice and guidance on reserve planning matters
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in reserve planning
Strong understanding of reserve planning principles and practices
Experience in preparing reserve studies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional Reserve Specialist (RS) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
